We had a female cockapoo named Mickey for almost 14 years , but she passed away in May 2018. She was my fur-baby and I miss her very much Comment re. Hours away from home: (My response is really “other”, not 4 hours but there was no option for that.) I work out of someone else’s home but I’ve discussed this with them and they are ok with me bringing the dog with me to their house, which I would do M-F. They have a fenced, secure yard and a young lab that loves other dogs. More about that below.

None, but there’s a dog at the house where I work and a small child. The dog is a 1.5 year old female lab (spayed), very playful and friendly, gets along well with other dogs and would love having a playmate. The child I care for is also 1.5 and she has been taught to be gentle with dogs and loves them! The family I work for loves dogs and would be very happy for me to bring a dog with me - We’ve already discussed it.

Dog, small to medium, and one that likes dogs and children. The only breeds I don’t care for are pits, Rottweilers, and chihuahuas. I am particularly interested in the spaniel mix on your site named Aspen. Well, actually I like several of them! :-)

If unable to upload photo, please explain the foster dog's living space
The dog would have full access to our home, just like part of the family, and our yard which is secure with grass and no hazards. We have a nice neighborhood for walking and a park across the street. She/he will sleep in our room at night, preferably in a crate. While we are not in OC or Riv Co., we are only 34 miles away...a lot closer than some cities in Riv County, so I hope you will consider us.
