Male Jack Russell chihuahua beagle mix 5 years old 18 pounds. Playful but insecure with large dogs sometimes. Female Chihuahua pug min pin mix 6 years 14 pounds. Easy going personality. Male Orange tabby cat 8 years 10 pounds, very tolerant of dogs but will hiss if he feels uncomfortable

Ideally smaller female dog. Under 20 pounds, but open to larger dogs if it has been tempermant tested to be safe living with small dogs and cats. Ideally house trained to a certain degree. Our dogs have a doggie door they can access anytime to use the bathroom.

They will access to both outside and inside.

We live/own a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 1100 Sq ft condo with no pet restrictions in hoa laws (we are a small hoa of only 4 condos). We have a 10x24 ft "predator proof" / "escape proof" back patio with half synthetic grass, half cement with gazebo. First floor is living room and kitchen where the dogs will be during the day when we are not home with access to back patio. When we are home they will be able to come up stairs to both bedrooms. Dogs will sleep with us in the room during the night. There is only 3 days a week that no one will be home for 8 hours but all other days someone will be home majority of the day.
