BENTLEY
Bentley was from a warm, loving home until 3 years ago when his primary owner passed away. The household then became very neglectful and broken and Bentley and the children were recently taken away by police and put into foster care and an animal shelter. 13-year-old 30-pound Bentley was recently picked up from the shelter and became a Promise 4 Paws dog. Taking in Bentley would be a huge blessing for the children who want the best for their dog. Bentley is the sweetest little old man on Earth.
He loves all children and people he mostly wants to lay on the floor next to you while you rub his belly with your feet. He’s not big on stuffies but likes to steal socks to play with and will get the zoomies every once in a while. He does well staying with other dogs in a home but barks at dogs passing by when going out on walks. He’s house-trained and does not have accidents as long as he has access to the outside or is taken out on short walks. He will eat anything you give him. Some of his favorite snacks are frozen peas, cabbage, apples, steamed soft broccoli, and carrots. He’s a world-class snuggler and is looking to live out his days relaxing and getting belly rubs.
