Indigo is a true ACD: brilliant, driven, and always ready for the next adventure. She thrives on mental stimulation just as much as physical exercise — brain games, trick training, scent work, agility — she devours it all. Four-plus hours of combined physical and mental activity a day is her sweet spot. She is obedience trained, house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and has an impressive trick repertoire.
Indigo does best as the only dog, or with an equally energetic and very patient canine companion. She is also a sensitive soul who can be shy with new people at first, but warms up quickly with treats and a calm, confident presence. She needs someone home most of the day and does best with teens or no young children.
