Our goal is to make the best rescue match taking into consideration the animal's background and your family's needs. Every animal is different: personality, temperament, energy, comfort with kids and other animals, medical needs and more. We take all these factors into consideration when we carefully make a furever-home match. We try our hardest to match the right animal with the right adoptive home because we want this to be the pet's permanent home. As a volunteer-based organization, we thoughtfully review each application and will only contact potential adopters who are the best match for a dog’s specific needs. Thank you for considering adoption! To help us find the best match for you, please submit an ADOPTION APPLICATION and include the name of the dog you’re interested in.
Our team will carefully review your application to assess if it’s a good fit for both you and the dog. As a volunteer-based rescue with many inquiries, we will reach out within 72 hours if your application is a match.
If your application moves forward, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet with the dog. This is a chance for all household members — including other pets—to interact and ensure a great fit. A home inspection may also be conducted at this stage.
After the Meet & Greet and home inspection, it’s time to decide! If everything feels right, we’ll move forward with finalizing the adoption and welcoming your new best friend home.
