Evie’s story could have gone very differently. She spent half of her young life waiting at the shelter, overlooked during what should have been her most carefree months. Thankfully, she was rescued from South LA Shelter and given the second chance she so deeply deserves.
And what a gem she is.
Evie is the perfect blend of playful puppy energy and calm, easygoing sweetness. She loves to romp and play, especially with the other dog in her foster home, but she also settles beautifully and enjoys simply being near her people. Snuggly, affectionate, and endlessly loving, Evie forms bonds quickly and thrives on connection.
She’s curious about the world, eager to learn, and happiest right by your side — whether that’s on a walk, relaxing at home, or meeting new friends (which she does with tail wags for everyone). She appears to be potty trained already and has seamlessly adjusted to home life.
Evie isn’t just looking for a home — she’s ready to be someone’s heart dog. After spending so much of her early life waiting, she’s more than ready to belong.
