Meet Kuka, a curious, playful pup with a sweet spirit and a bright future!
Kuka came into rescue with her sister Wolfy, and she’s ready for a forever home that understands the joy (and learning curve!) of raising a young, energetic dog. She adores people, is good with older kids, and is making steady progress with housetraining.
Kuka is the calmer of the two sisters when meeting new dogs. She can be a little overly enthusiastic at first—forgetting personal space due to her curiosity—but with a slow, calm introduction, she settles in well. She's a great lead-in when introducing the sisters to new dogs; once Kuka is comfortable, Wolfy follows her example and relaxes, too.
Kuka loves playing with her sister and enjoys other dogs once she’s had time to adjust. She’s looking for an active home with a big yard, structure, and a family willing to invest time and energy into her continued training and growth. Ideally, she’ll have a doggy companion—especially if adopted separately from Wolfy.
