Meet Gidget, a Yorkshire Terrier mix with a heart full of love.
After being abandoned in a commercial building and landing in the Corona Animal Shelter, Gidget was scared and unsure—until a kind-hearted former adopter connected with us to help change her story. One of our amazing volunteers rushed to her rescue, and Gidget has been thriving ever since.
Now safe in foster care, Gidget is the definition of easygoing. This gentle senior may have a little clouded vision and hearing loss, but she’s calm, sleeps through the night, and is perfectly content in her crate or pen. She’s fully housetrained, recently had a dental, and is spayed and up to date on care.
She gets along beautifully with other dogs and seems to do well with cats too. Sweet, loving, and low-maintenance, Gidget is ready to spend her golden years with someone who will adore her as much as she deserves.
